The Year of Feeling Everything All At Once......

I had been riding too high, enjoying and savoring my life and confident in my life decisions and outcomes,  a death happened recently  that made every single loss I have experienced come rushing back with tsunami like intensity, I have been swept up and sunk and spun around, the churning waves of grief has grounded me big time, Yet, there is an undying sweetness to it all, I embrace and adore the fact that I can feel.
